As the example stated above, our approach is to have professionals with experience in the role you are hiring screen candidates and provide you with the qualified list along with a summary of the strengths and weaknesses of each candidate. Normal recruiters certainly want to provide you with a good candidate, but they are a recruiter, they are not a CTO, CMO, Engineer, and or Marketing Analyst.
