Built the SEO program and achieved the IRCE top organic marketers in 2016 with market share of 33% in Health & Beauty. #1 in Health and Beauty category in HitWise. Managed Social, Mobile Marketing, Content Strategy, Internal Search, and Brand Protection – 5 year engagement as part of the Digital Transformation Executive team.

SEO audit and action item prioritization. Brought in to supplement the expertise of the existing internal personnel and their current SEO agency. The focus was to improve technical SEO for global and local search.

Migrated websites to new domains and provided guidance on improving website performance. Resulted in doubling SEO traffic through optimization and content marketing services provided.

Provided outsourced CTO and SEO services and provided mentoring for existing personnel with the goal of acquisition. Tuned performance for the website, refactored code, managed PCI Compliance, and built the SEO program into the top website for plus size swimwear. Full Beauty Brands acquired swimsuitsforall to complement their plus size apparel business.

SEO engagement to perform audits for existing website properties to assist internal SEO personnel in improving visibility Domestically and in International markets. Delivered a finalized audit with specific action items prioritized by impact. Reviewed action items onsite with technology and marketing personnel to ensure the audit deliverables were fully actionable.

CTO managing the SkinStore acquisition and took over management of the SEO programs for all business units. Led the responsive redesign, launched a content marketing program, drove significant revenue and traffic increases in SEO, and managed domain strategy. Member of the executive team acquired by Walgreens to drive their digital transformation objectives.

Provided outsourced CTO and SEO services and transitioned to a Chief Digital Officer role to build out marketing strategy and channels, migrate the website, recruit personnel, and drive new revenue streams through additional retail partnerships. Home renovation website assisting consumers in achieving successfully completing their remodeling projects via online tools and access to general contractors. Contracted to deliver SEO improvements through strategies targeting visibility for both the B2C and B2B channels.

SEO and Technology support assisting the remarkable team at Smart & Sexy to drive awareness of their luxury at affordable prices apparel lines. Planned and executed the SEO migration to Shopify from Magento. 

Marketplace with tremendous growth with a new approach for bargain shoppers. Performed a SEO audit and delivered an action plan for improving organic visibility through technical SEO improvements, onsite optimization initiatives, and taxonomy changes.
